All Chuck Pennington, Ranch Road Marketing, LLC. products* carry a no-questions asked 60 day refund guarantee with the exception of those listed below.

• Some promotions MAY have a shorter guarantee period. Those will be clearly stated on that product’s sales page.
• Mentoring, coaching and consulting fees are time-based and may be cancelled at any time, however there are no refunds. Your membership will expire at the end of your current period.
• Due to the time-sensitive nature of seminars and workshops, there are no refunds on these events. Expenses are charged to us on the basis of reserved seats – if you cancel, we still have to pay those expenses. Our seminars and workshops have always sold out. They are a tremendous value. However, please do not purchase a ticket unless you’re actually going to attend.
